PureSight Golf provides:

• Swing analysis tools via PrimeSight™

• Visual feedback based on uploaded swing videos

• Optional educational content, drills, and feedback modeled on professional standards

• Opportunities to subscribe to additional services such as PrimeEye™ upgrades

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Swing Upload Content

By uploading videos, images, or other content ("Content"):

• You grant PureSight Golf a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, view, and analyze your Content solely for providing swing analysis and related services.

• You retain ownership of your uploaded Content.

• You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload the Content.

We do not claim ownership of your swings — you simply give us permission to use them for your analysis and feedback.

5. Payment and Pricing

• Charges for swing analysis, subscriptions, or other services are clearly outlined at the point of purchase.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Note: Paid features may not be active yet. Current services may be free until full launch.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content

• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our platform

• Use PureSight Golf services for commercial resale without written permission

• Abuse or harass our staff or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide PureSight Golf services "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:

• Perfect accuracy in swing analysis

• That services will be uninterrupted or error-free

• That results from using our platform will meet your expectations

Using our service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSight Golf shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
